KERSTIN TINI MIURA

Designer Bookbinders is sad to learn of the passing of legendary bookbinder Kerstin Tini Miura. Tini studied bookbinding and design in Germany, Switzerland and France. Her work has been exhibited across the globe and several books about Tini’s work have been published.

She has lectured and taught worldwide, as well as featuring in several documentaries and articles. Her finesse with inlaid and onlaid leather and immense attention to detail made her a true great of our world. Tini will be sadly missed.
